Teams will eat their dinner in their hotel guest rooms, NOT their trial rooms (i.e. not the hotel conference rooms) or ballroom. Any team that is found eating food in a hotel conference room will be deemed ineligible to place at the competition.

The Help Desk & Tab Room will be located in Room 211 on the 2nd floor in the Cafeteria. There, you can review any paper ballots and comment sheets at the following times:

• Round 1 - Review paper copies of ballots/comments for Round 1 after the Round 2 pairings have been published
• Round 2 - Review paper copies of ballots/comments for Round 2 on Sunday morning, before the start of Round 3

To ensure that you are not stuck waiting in a long security line, each team has been assigned a time to report to the courthouse. Please be punctual - do not arrive before or after your report time.

Here are walking direction from the Palmer House to the U.S. District Court. Please use the back exit of the Hotel, which is located closest to Starbucks:

After your round is over, but before lunch, head to the 25th floor to take a team photo in courtroom 2525 -- the U.S. District Court's beautiful Ceremonial Courtroom. 

Please send two team representatives to the courthouse lobby to pick-up your lunch. You will be instructed to eat in one of three areas, based on what time your round finishes:

• Cafeteria (2nd floor @ courthouse)
• Courtyard (1st floor, outside @ courthouse)
• Palmer House

If you have been asked to leave the Court, please make sure you eat and return to the courthouse as quickly as possible.
